You wouldn’t wait until you could not see to go get your eyes checked, nor would you wait until you were in so much pain you could barely walk through the doctor’s door – well we hope you wouldn’t at any rate.

Our normal day-to-day working and lifestyle activities can cause our bodies to become stressed and out of balance. Unchecked those minor aches and pains can become problematic and may lead to debilitating conditions as we age.

Our preventative programs stop those problems from occurring. While a good deal of our work is with clients who are in some immediate stress, neck and back pain, those with sciatica and nerve pain for instance, our preventative programs keep the mind and body in perfect balance. Our energy (qi) is under constant pressure and because it is finely tuned it can become easily blocked.
